Can I update my listing description or amenities after a guest books a reservation?

If a property become materially differnent between the time of accepting a booking, and when a Guest is expected to arrive, it is best that the Owner/Manager notifies any such Guest of these changes. If the Guest wishes to cancel the booking as a result of such changes, the Owner is responsible for issuing the Guest a full refund, less any applicable Service Fees. Non-compliance with such instructions may result in the termination, or deactivation of such a listing on at the sole discretion of Vacayrx.
